Chase Wendell Bowers to the rooftops until a cutscene starts and you have to brawl with him.

Interesting Note:

If you run around the corner before the cutscene, you will be running in the cutscene and get clotheslined by Bowers.  If you walk around the corner you will be walking in the cutscene and will avoid being clotheslined.
